Terms & Conditions

- Hope Group is not a college/university; we act as a facilitator between students and educational institutions.

- We offer career counseling, admission guidance, and application support services.

- All final admission decisions are made by the respective colleges/universities, not by Hope Group.

- Students must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the counseling and application process.

- It is the student's responsibility to verify eligibility, deadlines, fee structure, and course details directly with the

institution.

- Hope Group may assist in communication but does not guarantee admission to any institution.

- Any services provided are based on the information shared by the student and availability from the institution.

Payment & Refund Policy

- Fees paid to Hope Group for counseling and admission services are non-refundable once service has started.

- Processing and documentation fees are also non-refundable.

- In some cases, Hope Group may collect fees on behalf of institutions, but those payments are governed by the

institution's refund policy.

- Refunds from colleges/universities, if any, are processed according to their own rules and timelines.

- Hope Group is not responsible for delays, denials, or changes in policies from colleges/universities.


Refunds May Be Considered in These Cases:

- Duplicate or excess payment made to Hope Group (after verification).

- A service was paid for but not delivered due to our internal error.

Student Responsibilities

- Students must submit all required academic and identity documents in a timely and accurate manner.

- Any delay or rejection due to incomplete, fake, or incorrect documents is solely the student's responsibility.

- All admission-related communication will be made via email, WhatsApp, or phone using the details provided by the

student.

- Students must inform Hope Group immediately if they wish to cancel or withdraw their application.

- Students must respect the rules, policies, and academic standards of the institution they join.

- Hope Group is not liable for visa rejection, travel delays, or personal issues affecting admission (for international

students).

- All material (guidance documents, college lists, etc.) shared during the process is confidential and not to be copied,

shared, or misused.

- All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City Name].
